Excellent, well-informed and knowledgeable service. Friendly and helpful from the start and more than willing to let me try a few different cues, advising on how to compare them and what to look out for. I didn't realise how different a good cue could feel and felt like I'd found the perfect match before I left. My wife treated me to a pool cue for my birthday so we took a trip to Hamilton to try some out. We were met by Graham who made the visit such an enjoyable experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the huge collection of cues and accessories they have at their showroom and found me the perfect cue. I was able to take my time with no pressure or feeling rushed, and came away not only with a new cue but a great experience.
