Victorian Cast Iron Snooker Table

Example of an extremely rare 10' x 5' snooker table by Harris of London & Dublin circa 1850. This table was one of a few tables manufactured in cast iron. The side panels are highly figured and the legs fluted. This table was purchased by our company from Bentleys Auction House in Dublin. The table had around thirty coatings of paint and was carefully stripped and polished to its original iron finish. The table was refurbished, sold and delivered by Hamiltons to a Medieval Castle in Switzerland.
