M1052 - A lovely 9ft Oak Square and fluted leg snooker/pool convertible dining table by Hamilton Billiards, circa 2005. This 9ft oak snooker diner has modern style square and fluted legs, a three piece slate and a simple wind-up mechanism. The mechanism is a simple winding mechanism to raise and lower the table from the playing position to the dining position. Easily converted by 1 person, the handle is inserted into one end of the table and wound, lifting the table slowly and easily to the required height.
This snooker diner is suitable for playing the game of snooker and also the game of pool. If playing snooker, 15 full-size red balls are used, rather than 10 reds normally used on a smaller snooker table. This enables you to play a game of snooker as close to playing on a full-size snooker table but without the difficulty of playing on such a large table which requires a reasonable degree of skill.
When used as a dining table, 12 - 14 people can be seated comfortably around the large dining top, which is in 6 pieces for easy storage when not in use. This table gives a large dining table enabling large dinner parties to be accomodated or when used as a boardroom table can accomodate numerous people to be seated comfortably for a meeting.
