Excellent, well-informed and knowledgeable service. Friendly and helpful from the start and more than willing to let me try a few different cues, advising on how to compare them and what to look out for. I didn't realise how different a good cue could feel and felt like I'd found the perfect match before I left. My wife treated me to a pool cue for my birthday so we took a trip to Hamilton to try some out. We were met by Graham who made the visit such an enjoyable experience.
